OUR APPRAISAL ORIGINS AND ROOTS:

Our origins and roots in the Profession of Real Property Appraising started in 1969 in New York City, where we are headquartered, with our base of operation in the Tri-State Area of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Since then we have grown to what is now commonly referred to as an “Appraisal Management Company” (AMC) and provide residential and commercial appraisal services on a national scale, serving all 50 states and US Protectorates. As appraiser and appraisal managers we have over 400 approved appraisers to service and solve any appraisal problem. Although we have grown to national scale and service, we still like to consider ourselves as your “Regional Appraisal Experts” in the States of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. So should there be an appraisal issue you consider to be specific to one possessing “expertise” in the Tri-State area of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, we ask that you move us to the top of your list of select appraisers.
